About these terms
These terms apply to your use of shortstaycompass.com, which is operated by RTG Global Sourcing Limited (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Information only
ShortStay Compass provides general information about short-term rental markets, rules, costs and property managers in Asia. It isn’t legal, tax, investment, real-estate or financial advice. Short-term rental rules, licensing and building restrictions vary by country, city and building and change often. Check with the local authority, your building or landlord and a qualified local adviser before you buy, lease or list a property.
Estimates and no investment advice
Market figures, returns and calculator results are estimates based on third-party data and the inputs you give. They aren’t forecasts or promises of income, and past performance isn’t a guide to future returns. Property managers and tools we list are independent businesses; we don’t manage properties or guarantee their services.
Accuracy and no warranty
We research our pages, date them and cite sources where we can, but rules, rates and provider terms change, and information may be incomplete or out of date. Always check the official source before you rely on it. The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
