- The national rules apply: residential condo apartments can't be used for non-residential purposes, and tourist accommodation needs registration.
- Da Nang's Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism (document 1767/SVHTTDL-QLCSLT, 16 Apr 2026) ordered stronger inspection of unlicensed apartments, villas and condos operating through online platforms.
